Ready for Dog Agility Classes in Limerick? Join Dog Scouts! Our Agility Foundations Class is suitable for dogs of any age (training is adapted to suit their stage of life), as long as they’re healthy and fit. This class is all about building essential skills through fun games. What You’ll Learn: • Fitness Fun: Essential exercises to keep your canine athlete in top shape. • Handling Skills: Learn how to communicate clearly around a course. • Jump Skills: Build your dog’s confidence and form over jumps. • Environmental Confidence: Help your dog feel at ease with the agility equipment and surroundings. • Settling and Waiting Turns: A must-have skill for the competition environment (and yes, having patience is essential for the humans too!). • Recall & Engagement: Strengthen your dog’s desire to run the course with you - it’s a team sport, after all! • Equipment-Specific Skills: From mastering contacts and tunnels to weaving like a pro. Everything we do is tailored to the individual dog—your dog sets the pace. No pressure, no force - just positive reinforcement and loads of encouragement. Why Choose Dog Scouts? We use 100% positive reinforcement training methods because if it’s not fun, you’re not doing it right! Your dog’s safety, confidence, and enjoyment are our top priorities. Important Information: All dogs must be fully vaccinated, and proof of vaccination is required to ensure a safe and healthy environment for everyone. Class Details: This 5-week class will take place on Saturdays from 11:30am to 1:00pm on the following dates: 17th & 24th January and 7th, 14th, & 21st February. Spaces are limited to 5 dogs, ensuring plenty of individual attention for you and your pup. Don’t wait too long to book - spots will fill up fast! After the 5 weeks, you'll have the opportunity to join further classes, where you can build on the skills you've developed and take your agility journey even further. We’re excited to train with you!

Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations and Rescheduling Before the Course Starts * Participants may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the first class for a full refund. * Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the first class are non-refundable. 2. Missed Classes * Refunds are not available for missed classes. * Participants are encouraged to notify the trainer in advance if they cannot attend. * Make-up opportunities may be offered subject to availability, but cannot be guaranteed. * Where make-up options are offered, they will always be like-for-like (e.g. another agility class) and cannot be transferred to other services such as 1:1 behaviour work. 3. Trainer Cancellations * If the trainer needs to cancel a class (e.g. due to weather or unforeseen circumstances), participants will be offered: * An alternative date for the cancelled class, or * If unable to attend the rescheduled date, another agility class. * In exceptional cases, a 1:1 session may be offered, but this is only at the trainer’s discretion and only when the trainer cancels. By booking a class, participants confirm that they have read and agree to this cancellation policy.
