Ready for Dog Agility Classes in Limerick? Join Dog Scouts! Our Agility Class is suitable for dogs of any age (training is adapted to suit their stage of life), as long as they’re healthy and fit. This class is all about building essential skills through fun games. What You’ll Learn: • Fitness Fun: Essential exercises to keep your canine athlete in top shape. • Handling Skills: Learn how to communicate clearly around a course. • Jump Skills: Build your dog’s confidence and form over jumps. • Environmental Confidence: Help your dog feel at ease with the agility equipment and surroundings. • Settling and Waiting Turns: A must-have skill for the competition environment (and yes, having patience is essential for the humans too!). • Recall & Engagement: Strengthen your dog’s desire to run the course with you - it’s a team sport, after all! • Equipment-Specific Skills: From mastering contacts and tunnels to weaving like a pro. Everything we do is tailored to the individual dog—your dog sets the pace. No pressure, no force - just positive reinforcement and loads of encouragement. Why Choose Dog Scouts? We use 100% positive reinforcement training methods because if it’s not fun, you’re not doing it right! Your dog’s safety, confidence, and enjoyment are our top priorities. Important Information: All dogs must be fully vaccinated, and proof of vaccination is required to ensure a safe and healthy environment for everyone. Class Details This course includes 5 agility classes, with 6 Saturday dates to choose from, giving you a little extra flexibility if you need to miss a week. Classes take place from **11:30am to 1:00pm** on: 19th & 26th September 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th October 2026 Your course booking covers **any 5 of the 6 classes**, so you can simply skip whichever date doesn't suit you. Want to come to all six? You're very welcome to! The 6th class can be added for the discounted rate of €25, payable separately. Classes are limited to a maximum of 6 dogs, allowing plenty of opportunity for individual coaching and support. Please note that missed classes cannot be carried over, credited or refunded. If you miss more than one of the six available dates, those additional missed classes are forfeited. After completing the course, you'll have the opportunity to join future agility courses and continue building on the skills you and your dog have developed. We’re excited to train with you!

Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations Before the Course Starts * Participants may cancel their course booking up to 48 hours before the first class for a full refund * Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the first class are non-refundable 2. Missed Classes & Attendance * Each course booking includes **5 classes, with 6 scheduled dates available to attend** * Participants may attend any 5 of the 6 scheduled classes * This additional date provides flexibility if you are unable to attend one of the classes * Participants are encouraged to notify the trainer in advance if they cannot attend * Refunds, credits or alternative make-up sessions are not available for missed classes * If more than one class is missed, any additional missed classes are forfeited * Missed classes cannot be transferred to other services, including 1:1 training or behaviour sessions * Participants who wish to attend **all 6 classes** may add the sixth class for the bonus rate of **€25**, payable separately 3. Trainer Cancellations If the trainer needs to cancel a class due to weather, illness or other unforeseen circumstances, the cancelled class will **not** count towards your 5 included classes. Where necessary, participants will be offered: * An alternative date for the cancelled class, or * If unable to attend the rescheduled date, a place in another suitable agility class In exceptional circumstances, an alternative arrangement may be offered at the trainer's discretion. By booking an agility course, participants confirm that they have read and agree to this cancellation and attendance policy.
